Emerging Proposal

The proposed scale, massing, land use and external appearance will seek to replicate that submitted under application ref: 22/06251/FUL, as it was noted in the Appeal Decision that there were no reasons for refusal related to these matters.

The reason for dismissal at Appeal was largely limited to the lack of provision of a disabled parking bay. We will aim to address this issue within the new proposals. The site plan to the left demonstrates a couple of potential locations for this situated on Ashley Place.
